I had the pleasure of working with Clouds Image for all the footage around the installation of a project we executed in The Bahamas. This was not an easy project to coordinate, as it involved filming and taking photos of the entire process, from arrival of machinery to the port all the way through the different installation phases of the project. This level of complexity and detail requires working with a team of people who are self-starters, proactive, capable and skilled, and that is what I found in Clouds Image. Camille and her team took matters into their own hands from the very beginning, in a very professional manner: they understood the scope of the project, accommodated different requirements effectively and made sure the execution was as flawless as possible. Good communication was also paramount to ensure the project’s success, being that we were based in different countries, and Camille communicated constantly and clearly with me as well as other members of my organization when needed, to coordinate all aspects of the project. When inevitable unexpected delays or changes took place, the Clouds Image team adapted quickly and did what was necessary to deliver. All in all, I am very pleased with the work performed by Clouds Image, from a professional relationship perspective to a technical delivery perspective, all done with one final objective in mind – to fully deliver on what is expected from the client and promised by them.

“It was my first time doing a photo shoot in The Bahamas and I found ‘Clouds Image’ online for gear and production support. I knew I made the right decision from the start because Camille + Kino (Owners) responded so quickly and helped me source rental cars, production gear, photo equipment as well as local delicacies in a short time period. I never expected to receive such a high level of dedication and support. They were happy to work with us on every problem and successfully solved all our issues in so little time. On this visit to The Bahamas, we were faced with inclement weather that threatened our shoot.
